Mom’s Bible Challenge!

With a nod to the television game show, American Bible Challenge, I put together a series of questions based on their readings up to this date, ranging for easy to challenging.  They had to be quick to ring in their correct answer to be awarded the points for that round.  I planned three rounds of questions.  First and second place winners won either a trip to their favorite boba shop or a $10 iTunes gift card. What ensued was an afternoon of delightful fun!

Here’s the Lesson:  We all know how important it is to read and study the Word of God, but sometimes Mom or Dad needs to get creative to keep everyone excited about what they are learning!

This Monday, ask the Lord for creative ways to teach your family about God.   Take some time reading and studying the Word with your children.  It CAN be fun and you will never regret teaching them the Bible!

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.  (2 Timothy 2:15)
