Thank you to all who participated in our giveaway over the last week.  We hope you had as much fun as we did! 

One way you participated in the giveaway was sharing your favorite ways of Loving Yourself Well.  We were really impressed by your responses!  Here is what you said:

  • Take a nightly bath.
  • Take time to relax by yourself a few times a week.
  • Brew kombucha.
  • Keep the Sabbath.  Keep it as a priority and take that day to rest and be with God.
  • Insist your kids take a nap or have quiet time in the afternoon so that you can rest.
  • Take days off when you need to.
  • Exercise daily.
  • Make sure you tell your husband you love him every day.  (We’ll add, tell your wife and kids, too!)
  • Take vitamin D.
  • Spend the first hour of the day in morning devotions.
  • Add in lots of herbs to your cooking.

Each new day is another opportunity to take care of ourselves by making intentional choices to keep our health a priority.  It isn’t selfish and it will change your life.  We hope you continue to find inspiration to love yourself well!
