Who doesn’t love a cup of hot chocolate on a cold winters night?  Go ahead and make a big ol’ pot of this hot chocolate for the entire family and make the grown up version by the cup.

For the hot chocolate you’ll need:

8 cups milk
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
whip cream (for garnish)
marshmallows (for garnish)

Place all ingredients in a pot over medium-low heat.  Stirring constantly, allow the chocolate chips to melt and the milk to warm until just below a simmer.

For the adults, add a splash of your favorite spirit.  Kahluah, Bourbon, Vanilla Vodka, or Butterscotch Vodka are all great options!

Enjoy!
